Welcome back to Day 20 of my April 2020 Author Reading of my 2017 book, Effective Virtual Conversations. Today’s reading brings us to pages 54 and 55 in Chapter 2, which focuses on different ways we can BUILD TRUST in the virtual environment. Trust is a foundational element to any great virtual conversation. Without it, people will likely disengage, multi-task or withdraw.
As I go through this list of 10 different ways you can build trust in a virtual call, consider what you are doing right now, and what you’d like to do differently.
Enjoy your listening!
Enjoy the reading and please share.
