As with my other books, creating a community, and bringing together practitioners from around the world is important. The same holds true for the topic of virtual conversations which is of interest to leaders, team members, coaches, trainers, and facilitators to name a few. It's likely that most of us have been on a conference call, a webinar, or a virtual meeting sometime in the last few weeks. The focus of my latest book, Effective Virtual Conversations, is about how we can have better conversations in the virtual space - through design, engagement and better skills. The book includes a range of resource-rich worksheets and tools for you to use. Book purchasers will be able to access additional resources through this site.
I also host regular calls on topics related to virtual group and team issues. Starting on Monday July 31st, I will be hosting two complimentary calls a month, geared to support you in your own work with virtual groups and teams. Whether you are leading or designing a webinar, conference call or virtual team meeting, calls will provide actionable, practical tips you can use right away.

Marketing and filling your virtual programs are essential to ensure you have voices on the line. As a supplementary call to the book, Jennifer digs into several approaches to marketing and promoting your virtual programs.
