Are you a leader, coach, trainer, facilitator who is wanting to enhance your skills and confidence of leading in the virtual domain? Are you responsible for leading virtual meetings, training, virtual team sessions, online sessions, or webinars? Want to avoid the Death By Conference Call syndrome? Want to avoid Zoom Fatigue?
The Virtual Facilitation Essentials is a foundational course packed with practical, actionable tips on creating and delivering more effective virtual facilitation. Led by Effective Group Coaching author, Jennifer Britton, Jenn has led tens of thousands of hours of virtual conversations, and trainings in the last two decades. From phone, to zoom to skype, Jenn has worked with team members and learners in more than 50 countries around the world. As a coach and educator her focus is on helping others become more effective in their delivery methods. She ‘s been involved in designing and delivering train-the-trainer programming for more than 15 years, and virtual train the training since 2006.
The Virtual Facilitation Essentials program has evolved out of her virtual train the trainer work with organizations over the last decade and the public Virtual Facilitation Skills Intensive program, which she has delivered since 2013. It's a resource-rich, practical session in virtual facilitation. Here's what a recent alumni of the program said about her experience:
“Before doing Jennifer’s program I was really struggling to feel confident in the virtual facilitation space. The virtual space felt like facilitating without any of my normal facilitator super powers. The program has helped me see how I can create engagement, sense what’s happening on a call, handle group challenges, make the most of the tech and to really enjoy connecting with people! I’m now so much more relaxed and confident. I can’t recommend the program highly enough.” - Fiona Smith
