Part of our work in the virtual realm involves learning and engagement. Capturing people's attention right away is very important to bring them "into the room". One way I have been exploring in the last few years is the use of video. I started experimenting with it when I was offering on-demand programming (video based) in 2014, and since that time have moved into more video production in my e-learning work, Summer 2016's video series around onboarding new leaders using Adobe Spark. Recently I have started producing short 1-2 minute videos from Effective Virtual Conversations which I hope that you will enjoy.
I've just started an Effective Virtual Conversations playlist of potential videos I have created which you may be interested in viewing. Check out the YouTube Playlist here. Right now they include our Community Calls, AND I plan on adding more of the shorter videos like the one you see here.
Enjoy and feel free to share these with your colleagues so that we all can become more masterful in leading virtual calls. It's a win-win for everyone!
